Directions

1. The New Highway:
   (Route 27) 50 minutes from the airport.
   This is the shortest route, however there is no clear connection to the Highway from the airport yet, so ask in the information booth at the airport how to get to the new Highway (it is not too far). Once you are on the Highway follow it all the way to Caldera, pass the bridge of Barranca and turn at the next left.
   
2. Old Panamerican Highway:
   (Route 1) 1:45 minutes from the airport.
   Take the highway towards Palmares-San Ramon-Esparza-Puntarenas. As you pass Esparza and the bridge of Rio Barranca, look for a sign on the right hand side and turn right, follow the next signs for the resort.
3. The Aguacate Route:
   1:45 minutes from the airport, very scenic route.
   Take the highway towards Palmares –Sa Ramon and get off on the exit to Atenas, pass Atenas and continue to San Mateo and Orotina, get on the new Highway (route 27), towards Caldera Port. As soon you pass the bridge of Barranca, make your next left, look out for resorts signs.
